The Trackside Learning programme has been developed by Mike Butler who brings together his experience of both the hospitality and training industries.  Mike has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years for a variety of businesses.  He has led the development of award-winning training programmes and his corporate roles include Disneyland Paris and Mecca where creativity in training was considered essential.
